Orange County photographer Carol Bridges of Treasured Moments Photography recently had the honor and pleasure of participating in a very special event aimed at families who have deployed Marines. This heartfelt and helpful program in Rancho Santa Margarita gave families an opportunity to enjoy holiday movies, decorate cookies, and even have their pictures taken by Carol. Children who attended this event enjoyed a day of holiday fun and togetherness and will be a day long remembered by them. Carol Bridges Enjoys Giving Back to her Local Community.
Parents in attendance not only got to enjoy time with their children but where able to take advantage of discounts around the city as well as a hearty meal. While they where out shopping and eating students from St. John's Episcopal School and members of Cub Scout Pack 727 arrived to help watch the children in attendance. When the military spouses returned to their children they where relaxed and appeared very festive. Many of the local stores supplied the event with discounts and coupons which they gladly took advantage of. Moreover the Scouts and students volunteered their time to parents by offering to wrap the gifts they bought.
Rancho Santa Margarita does all it can every year to help those families who have their patriarch or matriarch deployed oversees and Orange County photographer Carol Bridges is honored to have had the opportunity to participate in this years event.
