Need a Massage??

Hi Everyone, this blog has nothing to do with photography but everything to do with feeling great!! As you can imagine, I carry alot of equipment on my shoulders during sessions and also spend alot of time on the computer in photoshop. Well yesterday after my Le Tip of Coto De Caza networking meeting, I had the opportunity to have a massage by Marla Goodrum. Her company is "SportsKneads". Her website is www.sportskneads.com. She is so great at massage. I told her that I have had many massages in my day, but they are the equivalent to the "mow and blow" gardner, and Marla is the specialist!!!! Not only does she do massage but stretches your muscles out too. She is careful to be sure that you are not hurting more after the massage then before. I have had massages that turned into headaches later due to too much pressure being applied during the massage.
Please visit Marla for the ultimate experience in massage! Also visit www.letipofcotodecaza for other great resources.
